We at syrup lay lot of emphasis on quality. We want to retain customers and will go out of our ways to achieve this.
We strongly believe in the concept of SPOC (single point of contact),
whether it be from our side or the clients side. A typical software project starts with the client sending his project specifications to our Sales executive which is then analyzed by our operations team according to which a timeline and quote is given to the client.
Once the project starts the client is sent the contact
details of the SPOC. SPOC is the project manager allocated for the project and a delivery date is decided upon.
From here on the PM and the client take it on. The PM sends the client weekly or fortnightly updates depending on what’s decided initially based on the scope of the project.
The project updates are shown to the client on our test servers and on completion the files are loaded on to the clients server, this is done only when the project is completed to the clients satisfaction and the final (balance) payment is made.
After the project is delivered we offer 3 months of free of cost maintenance where we offer to take care of small bugs or changes( minor) which the client might want.
Incase of a major upgrade or change the client is billed according to the scope of the project. |
